If we haven’t already met yet — my names Laura!
My yoga practice started during my teens, attending classes with my mum, being introduced to yoga through classes held in gyms and community centres. I have now explored yoga over three decades of my life, moving through the mental, spiritual and physical practices yoga has to offer.
I further developed my practice in 2024 when I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India. An experience that challenged me everyday, taught me more than I could have imagined and opened a new world of sharing yoga with others.
Since returning, I have taught a weekly class at a local gym — working around my career as an Interior Designer, sharing yoga where my own practice started. Within my classes, I share all elements of yoga, focusing on teaching in an accessible manner with a smile along the way.
With ambition to offer more yoga teachings, I am available for private yoga sessions to suit you. These are completely tailored to each individual whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your practice.
